Background: Lack of insulin or the inability cells to respond causes high blood glucose levels hyperglycemia, a hallmark diabetes. Consumption foods with low glycemic index and fiber has been shown provide same benefits as pharmacological therapy in control postprandial hyperglycemia can prevent incidence hypoglycemia people Ganyong (Canna edulis) is food source carbohydrates fiber. Kelor (Moringa oliefera) contains protein some phytochemical compounds which have hypoglycemic effect.Objectives: The objective study was analyze ganyong-kelor snack bars diet for diabetics.Materials Methods: Ten respondents fasted 10 hours checked their fasting levels, then consumed 105 grams bread reference food. Every 30 minutes after eating, were checked. In following week, fasted, all 157 bar every minutes.Results: 100 230.13 kcal, 31.97 carbohydrates, 9.25 fat, 4.75 protein. this study, used If corrected food, 38.08. calculation load converted-glycemic total contained Ganyong-kelor had value 12.10.Conclusions: good nutritional content categorized index. effect came from its content. be healthy diabetic people.
